Responsibilities
- Assist in developing test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements
- Execute manual and automated tests to identify software defects and issues.
- Document and track software defects, and collaborate with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in the identification and implementation of testing strategies and methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure quality standards are met.
- Assist in maintaining and updating test documentation and test environments.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of automated test scripts.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in software testing processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interest in quality assurance and software testing.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with manual and automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Knowledge of defect tracking systems and bug management processes.
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
