Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for digital solution platforms
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and analysis to elicit and understand business needs, processes, and goals.
- Assist in documenting functional and non-functional requirements, use cases, user stories, and other artifacts to support solution design and development.
- Collaborate with development teams to translate business requirements into system specifications and technical documentation.
- Assist in conducting gap analysis and impact assessments to identify areas for improvement and potential risks.
- Support testing activities, including test case creation, test execution, and defect tracking, to ensure the quality and accuracy of implemented solutions.
- Participate in project meetings, providing updates on requirements gathering, analysis, and progress.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in business analysis and digital solution platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
- Strong interest in business analysis and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into clear requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques is a plus.
- Proficiency in documentation tools and project management software is desirable.
- Knowledge of digital solution platforms, software development lifecycle, and agile methodologies is advantageous.
